Q:What payments do you accept?

A: We accept majority of credit card and Paypal.

 

Q: How do I care for my jewellery?

A: Please check our jewellery care page for more information.

 

Q: Is shipping free?

A: Yes only for domestic orders over 50 AUD.

 

Q: Why is shipping for international orders so expensive?

A: International shipping, shipped from Australia has always been pricey. We made sure from May 19th 2021 to add tracking to all our international orders to make sure your package arrives safely and doesn't get lost in the mail. 

 

Q: The jewellery I want is out of stock. When are you going to restock that item?
